Client Service Associate

Reports To

The Client Associate will report to Chief Operating Officer & Senior Portfolio Manager, Joseph Manfredi. As well as Director of Client Services, Meghan Manas

Job Overview

As a Client Service Associate your role is to enhance the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to BWFA Advisors. You interface with clients and prospective clients, anticipate their needs, resolve their problems, and follow through to provide exceptional service. You will perform administrative duties that support BWFA Advisors in their daily business practices.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Receive inbound client phone calls and emails, either addressing their needs or directing them to the appropriate team member
  • Educate clients on account services and capabilities
  • Contact clients to schedule meetings and conference calls
  • Leverage various communication channels to keep in touch with clients
  • Process account service requests and ensure appropriate documentation
  • Assist in the preparation of client reports and other materials for client meetings
  • Maintain contact management system with up to date key client information
  • Provide team with up to date calendar

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree recommended
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite and other technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail and service oriented
  • Ideal team members for our office culture will have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and have collaborative interpersonal skills
