The Marketing Assistant will assist in all aspects of Marketing Department operations, including support, development and distribution of marketing and sales materials. This candidate should have strong proper grammar usage, proofreading abilities, be detail and deadline oriented and a team player, along with being creative and pro-active.
- Assist with preparation of marketing and presentation materials
- Assist with organizing client seminar and events
- Assist Operations Manager with quarterly billing
- Assist with preparation of mailings, and various special project
- Assist with proof reading of Marketing materials
- Assist with general administrative duties including writing and editing correspondences, answering phones, and contact data maintenance
- Assist with account maintenance (opening new accounts, address changes, etc.)
- Excellent planning and organizations skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete in timely fashion
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Graphic and web design a plus
