What’s Happening at BWFA

High Five Skills Retreat Retrospective

On Saturday, January 7, 2012, BWFA sponsored our first “High Five” Life Skills Retreat for young adults in our community. More than 20 young adults attended, and we received excellent feedback. We’re planning to make this an annual event. To read more about the retreat, go to the Client Corner link on our website, www.bwfa.com. The entire group stayed ALL DAY!

Save the Date

Barbara Fuller: Front Desk

Our new smiling face at the greets you at the door and on the phone, and keeps many things working smoothly. If you need help with anything at all, but aren’t sure where to start, Barbara is a great resource. Barbara will be filling in while Meghan works on other BWFA projects.

Our Intern Program

BWFA’s Intern Program supports higher education in the area, and helps us identify and train potential junior staff members. We are pleased to have recently added William (Will) Sasser, Jr. (UMBC) to assist us. He will be replacing intern, Mitchell Smallwood, who we wish well in his new career at SAIC!
