Susan Frillman has joined BWFA as operations manager. She oversees the account opening process, reconciles daily trades, manages billing, coordinates check and electronic disbursements, and generally keeps our back office working smoothly. She’s always available to help you navigate TD Ameritrade and to quickly handle urgent matters. Susan comes to us from a large national brokerage, where she helped with administration and broker training. She is an avid sports fan and lives in Canton.
