Jim Edwards, CFP
Jim is a Portfolio Manager at BWFA. He began his career in financial services as a Financial Advisor in 1999. In 2006, Jim became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He has a strong background in portfolio management and enjoys financial planning for both pre-retirees and retirees. In addition, he has often assisted families that have children or adults with special needs. Jim and his wife are native to the Washington, DC area and have five children in college and beyond. They reside in Germantown, Maryland where they enjoy bike riding, running, and golf.
Rajiv Goel, Principal
Rajiv is a partner with the Law Offices of Offit Kurman, P.A. and is chair of the firm’s elder law and guardianship and special needs trust planning department. For more than thirteen years, Rajiv has been skillfully counseling families confronting the many legal challenges of caring for an elderly family member or a family member with other special needs. In particular, Rajiv helps families to conserve, protect, and distribute the assets for the benefit of such family member. Rajiv received his B.S. and J.D. from The University of Maryland.
