Victoria B. Hathaway is Director, Silver Group of Bob Lucido Team of Keller Williams Lucido Agency, the Team’s international seniors real estate division. Her expertise is in helping older adults navigate the process of downsizing, home selling and relocating to easier lifestyles, providing education, guidance and resources. Her service is included for Silver Group clients, and she works along with the Team’s agents throughout the entire process. She is a Realtor, Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), past-President of the Coalition of Geriatric Services (COGS), she holds the Certificate on Aging from Johns Hopkins University, serves as Commissioner for Howard County’s Commission on Aging, and she volunteers for the senior ride share program Neighbor Ride.

Charna has over 20 years experience in senior move management, one of the founding members of the National Association of Senior Move Management (NASMM). What makes Charna’s perspective different than many in the industry is her nursing background coupled with her MBA. It’s not just about moving things, it’s understanding where the individual in transition is along with the support system and family dynamics.

Charna remains active in NASMM, has been a board president, actively involved in committee work and mentor to new NASMM members.
