Wellness Webinar
Tuesday, May 31, 2022 from 11:45 AM to 1:00 PM EDT
How does a relationship with nature affect an individual’s experience of psychological well-being? Many people can identify with the notion of encountering peacefulness in nature and consequently experiencing nourishment and well-being. This workshop will review current research on the relationship between nature and well-being. In addition, attendees will experience nature-therapy through a guided nature-based mindfulness practice. Consider joining from an outdoor location.
