With 20 years of experience as a top-producing Loan Officer, Jon Wald has earned numerous industry awards and built a reputation for excellence in mortgage lending.

Jon is well-versed in a wide range of loan programs, including FHA, CDA, VA, USDA, 203(k), Bridge Loans, Conventional Conforming, and Jumbo loans. His deep understanding of the mortgage process allows him to guide clients through the complexities of home financing, ensuring they make informed decisions tailored to their needs. In addition to serving homebuyers, Jon shares his expertise by teaching state-accredited continuing education courses for realtors and appraisers in Maryland.

Over the course of his career, Jon has helped more than 2,000 clients and personally closed over $900 million in loans. His commitment to transparency, accessibility, and open communication has earned him the trust of his clients, many of whom return to him or refer friends and family.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Jon moved to Maryland to attend Towson University, where he earned a degree in Business Management. After years of city living in Federal Hill and Canton, he now resides in Lutherville, a suburb just outside Baltimore City, with his wife, three children, and two dogs.
