Baltimore-Washington Financial Advisors and Elville and Associates invite you to a discussion about planning for a loved one with special needs.
Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 11:45 AM to 1:00 PM EDT
Attendees will come to understand what is involved in the planning process for a special needs family, and the available and appropriate planning options for ensuring the financial security and quality of life for a loved one with special needs. The key issues to be addressed include the role of public benefits, ABLE accounts, and special needs trusts, along with the different types of special needs trusts and their specific purposes and correlation with estate planning in general.
