Tina was born and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland, later attending undergraduate and graduate school in Philadelphia, where she developed a strong appreciation for diverse communities and service-focused work. Before joining BWFA, she built a foundation in healthcare, research support, and administrative roles, gaining experience in organization, client communication, and the importance of delivering thoughtful, reliable support.

In her role as Client Service Associate, Tina places her highest priority on creating an exceptional experience for every client. She brings attentiveness, empathy, and a steady, detail-oriented approach to every interaction.

Outside of work, Tina enjoys volunteering in her community, exploring new countries, and discovering different foods and cultures. She values connection, personal growth, and finding joy in everyday experiences.
