- Handle Administrative duties including: answering phones, greeting clients and writing/editing correspondence
- Handle Daily Office Operations
- Support Operations Manager with Quarterly Billing/Filing/Faxing
- Coordinate preparation of mailings, and various special projects
- Handle account maintenance (opening new accounts, address changes, etc.)
- Support Managers and Portfolio Managers (prep for meetings, reporting, scheduling)
- Manage BWFA Social Media Sites
- Assist with trading
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task without error
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure with tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly explain to clients on the status of their accounts and related items
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with clients
- Familiarity with Veo (TD Ameritrade’s Account Management System)
- Knowledge of Portfolio Center
