Client Associate


  • Handle Administrative duties including: answering phones, greeting clients and writing/editing correspondence
  • Handle Daily Office Operations
  • Support Operations Manager with Quarterly Billing/Filing/Faxing
  • Coordinate preparation of mailings, and various special projects
  • Handle account maintenance (opening new accounts, address changes, etc.)
  • Support Managers and Portfolio Managers (prep for meetings, reporting, scheduling)
  • Manage BWFA Social Media Sites
  • Assist with trading

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 1-2 years
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task without error
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure with tight deadlines
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly explain to clients on the status of their accounts and related items

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with clients
  • Familiarity with Veo (TD Ameritrade’s Account Management System)
  • Knowledge of Portfolio Center
