Mark Stinson joined BWFA in July
of 2004 to run our Financial Planning Department. Mark holds
a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from James Madison
University with a double major in accounting and finance. He
earned an MBA at Loyola College in Maryland. Mark is also a
Certified Public Accountant.

Lisa Juranic
Lisa Juranic has joined BWFA as an Administrative Assistant. She has over ten years of management and administrative experience, most recently with a law firm in Columbia.
Lisa lives in Columbia with her two children, André and Nina.

Maureen Carrion
Maureen Carrion joined BWFA in September 2005 to be part of the Financial Planning Department supporting Mark Stinson. Maureen first graduated with a bachelor's degree in Microbiology from University of Maryland followed by a second bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management. Maureen came to BWFA from another financial services firm, Raymond James, and prior to that she worked for the NASD, Inc. in various roles for 7 years.
Maureen lives in Highland, MD with her husband, Jay and her two sons, Jeff and Brad. In her spare time she enjoys participating in her children’s various activities, boating, running, and watching University of MD Basketball. GO TERPS!

Rachel Roffman
Rachel joined BWFA in June as Investment Operations Manager, replacing Terri Mueller. Prior to coming to BWFA, Rachel worked in the Corporate Trust Department for M&T Bank. She graduated with a B.S. in Mass Communications from Towson University and worked for Legg Mason as a Marketing Associate for the Association Investment Program.
