Jeff Agnor, Partner at Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny Jeff Agnor has dedicated his practice to representing emerging and established businesses, entrepreneurs, lenders, investors, and non-profit organizations.  He enjoys working with clients in all phases of their business life, from start-up through acquisition, including assisting clients with contract negotiations, commercial transactions, business acquisitions, private stock offerings, employment matters, protection of intellectual property, real estate transactions, and disputes among business owners. Jeff also assists businesses in the government contracting space.
Mary Beth Tung, Ph.D, Attorney at Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny  Mary Beth Tung handles Intellectual Property, and related business and transactional matters. Mary’s Intellectual Property practice includes filing and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent, trademark, and copyright applications. She actively engages her clients in protecting their IP portfolios, including trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, patents, and publicity rights. She collaborates closely with our Litigation Group in enforcement of Intellectual Property rights and defense against claims of misuse or infringement of Intellectual Property and Cybersquatting.
Brian MacMillan, Managing Director Mergers & Acquisitions at BWFA Brian has been a consultant for buyers and sellers of privately held businesses for over 10 years. During this time, he has worked with publicly traded corporations, private equity firms, owners of small- and medium-sized privately held businesses, and high net-worth individuals. Previously, he had experience working for a Fortune 500 company and was involved in the successful start-up and sale of two businesses. Brian has multi-industry experience in business development, sales, marketing, finance, accounting, and operations.
