| Why
BWFA has a Client Advisory Board: |
|
We know that our clients want us to be responsive, accurate,
and expert in what we do for them. But, without sufficient
feedback, it would be hard to know if we were living up
to our client's expectations. To help us, BWFA maintains
a Client Advisory Board.
|
What
the Client Advisory Board Does: |
|
This small group acts as advocates for our clients. They
meet with us from time to time and provide objective, critical
feedback about our business. We always try to meet first
with our Client Advisory Board whenever we are making any
changes.
Our Client Advisory Board has also agreed to field questions
and comments from our clients. Please feel free to contact
any of the board members with your concerns.
