Meghan Manas, CEPS
Director of Client Services, Executive Manager, Notary Public

Meghan is a BWFA Executive Manager and Certified Elder Planning Specialist (CEPS). Serving as the firm’s Director of Client Services, she supervises all aspects of the client experience including those which impact new client relationships. Additionally, Meghan oversees client education and appreciation events, while also managing the firm’s client services team.

Meghan’s favorite part of her job is tirelessly working to find ways to improve operational efficiencies. She truly values the relationships she has fostered with all the clients she serves at BWFA.

Meghan attended college in Maine, where she was born and raised, studying Sociology, before moving to Maryland. She began working at the firm in 2010, beginning as Executive Administrative Assistant. In that role, Meghan gained expertise in all operational and service aspects of the business, and importantly acquired a comprehensive knowledge of what our clients value and desire most in their financial lives.  In her current management role, Meghan places her greatest emphasis on providing an exceptional experience to all our clients.

Prior to joining BWFA, Meghan was the Director of Purchasing for a large, residential recreation firm in the MD/DC/VA area.

Meghan takes great joy in spending time with her family, including trips to the beach and back to Maine, as well as exploring her daughter’s Ethiopian heritage through food and cultural experiences. Additionally, Meghan is the Board President of a non-profit, Downtown Sykesville Connection, which supports the economic development and promotion of downtown Sykesville. Despite keeping so busy with work, family and volunteering, she also makes sure to take care of herself by practicing yoga, enjoying time with friends, and discussing books with the book club she founded.

She and her husband, Eric, live in Sykesville with daughter Miriam and son Ezra.
